Rise Up is not just a ministry; it’s a movement dedicated to encouraging teens to know and encounter Christ in a unique and transformative way. Our mission is to encourage youth and young adult ministry collaboration by empowering them through financial support to create impactful, faith filled and life changing events, activities and mission trips for our Young Church. Young people can then experience the love of Christ through in person community, mentorship, hands on ministry to the poor, faith sharing, bible studies, retreats and more. Rise Up, with youth and young adult directors and volunteers, encourages a new generation of faith.

And we cannot continue this mission without your support! As a lay movement, Rise Up relies on the generosity of donors like you to make these opportunities possible. Your financial contributions enable us to provide the resources, venues, and support needed to impact the lives of countless teens and families.

Grant Application

Catholic Youth and Young Adult Directors or ministry lead volunteers, use this form to apply for a grant from Rise Up. Requirements are: 1) Two or more ministries from different parishes must collaborate on the project. 2) There must be a component for "reaching those not reached through ordinary channels. 3) A project budget must be attached to this application before submittal. It can be an excel, document or PDF.
