Chika Anyawanu is an international Catholic evangelist, author, and the director of Formation and Events for Vagabond Missions, a Catholic nonprofit serving teens living in inner cities and underserved communities. Her missionary zeal is inspired by a love of Christ and the Church, the lives of the saints, and a desire to see people live in the knowledge of their worth while affirming the dignity of others. Her book, My Encounter: How I Met Jesus in Prayer, is the perfect pocket-sized prayer companion for men and women of all ages. You can learn more about her at www.chika.church

Matthews Ntele is a South African singer and songwriter. He was born and raised in South Africa and grew up during Apartheid, one of the country’s most troubled times.

Matthews discovered a passion for music and a love for the church at an early age.  He regularly sat in while a local choir rehearsed and through it his own special talent was unearthed. Despite humble beginnings, Matthews’s story continues to provide evidence of the grace and providence of God.

Matthews attended Hillsong International Leadership College in Sydney, Australia. It was there he interned under Reuben Morgan and began developing his craft as a skilled worship leader.

Soon after Hillsong, Matthews joined the contemporary worship music band, Elevation Worship, in North Carolina. During his time with Elevation Worship, Matthews was a prominent part of an accomplished team of songwriters and musicians who wrote and performed anthems that have shifted the landscape of Worship Music across the globe.  Matthews has co written some of their most prominent titles including “Here As In Heaven,” “Resurrecting,” and “Echo.”

Upon his departure from Elevation Worship, Matthews felt a deep calling to embark on a solo career whereby he has the opportunity to write and perform songs that more intimately reflect his personal testimony and fulfill his hunger to help and heal others.

Matthews’ story is a testament to the miracle power of God as proof He can take a boy from the dusty streets of Africa and present him a platform along with the gift of music to impact the world.
